Australia's one-make Porsche racing returns to Sydney Motorsport Park from Friday 18 – Sunday 20 September 2026, when the Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge joins the Shannons SpeedSeries at Eastern Creek.
Porsche racing, up close
The Michelin Sprint Challenge is one of two national one-make Porsche championships run by Porsche Motorsport Australia in 2026, alongside the Carrera Cup. The series balances rounds across Shannons SpeedSeries and Repco Supercars events, and the Sydney meeting is its fifth stop of the season — after Phillip Island, Shell V-Power Motorsport Park (The Bend), Queensland Raceway and the NTI Townsville 500 street circuit.
For spectators it's the most accessible way to see current-specification Porsche race cars flat out without buying a Supercars ticket, with a full support program around them on the SpeedSeries bill.
