Australia's biggest time attack meeting returns to Sydney Motorsport Park on Friday 4 – Saturday 5 September 2026, bringing some of the fastest time attack cars in the country — and from overseas — together at Eastern Creek for two days.
What's on
World Time Attack Challenge is built around one central challenge: the pursuit of the fastest possible lap. But the program reaches well beyond timed laps:
- Time attack competition across multiple classes, with highly engineered turbocharged machinery operating at the extreme end of performance
- Drifting demonstrations
- Show cars and trade displays spanning the Australian tuning and aftermarket scene
- The Shannons Show 'N' Shine
- Mayhem After Dark — a new Saturday-night spectacular featuring drifting, burnouts and demonstrations
Who it's for
If you're into modified cars, Japanese performance machinery or automotive technology taken seriously, WTAC is one of the standout weekends on the Australian calendar. It's also the most concentrated single gathering of the country's tuning and aftermarket industry you'll find anywhere in NSW this spring.
